Book reviews

I like to read. Oh yes, there’s nothing better than slinking away from reality and absorbing yourself in another world, another city, another era or another life. It’s the ultimate escapism and you need go no further than your favourite armchair.

I’m also trying to expand my reading away from crime fiction which is my absolute favourite; my bookshelves are full of the stuff. So, this is where I’ll tell you what I’ve read and what I thought about it. If you want me to review a book of yours, or recommend someone else’s,  get in touch. NOTE: I have read LOADS and LOADS since posting this reviews pre-children, so will endeavor to write some somewhat late reviews (if I can remember what the books were even about!).
